Founder & Clinic Director
For over 13 years, my passion has been helping people live healthier, happier lives. I have been honored to help thousands of people transform their health through professional healthcare services in private practice, live events, mission trips, and personal mentoring.
It has been a privilege to provide care for Olympic medalists, the Boston Bruins, the Colorado Rapids, professional and semi-professional footballers, golfers, and mixed martial artists. Small to mid-sized companies have utilized our services to design robust corporate wellness programs for their teams. However, my mission is not limited to assisting only high-profile athletes and organizations. The most rewarding aspect of what I do is help families, newborns, pregnant moms, and people diagnosed with chronic disease regain their health.
Helping people who are facing a health challenge drives me because 20 years ago, I was the one suffering – I was in pain, taking medications, and looking for answers. Fortunately, all of that changed because one doctor took the time to educate me and teach me about how my body is designed to heal. As my health transformed, I decided to become a doctor so that I can help others. Every day I hear from people about how their health and life have improved because they are getting adjusted and implementing the wellness protocols we teach. I love what I do!
For many years I’ve had an interest in health, nutrition, fitness, and detoxification. I have personally experienced the amazing benefits of regular chiropractic care and seen my health flourish by implementing the wellness protocols that Dr. Vasco teaches.
I am excited to have the opportunity to use my finance experience as the Finance Director at Abundant Life Health Center. My Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and years of experience in the finance industry allow me to support the impact our health center makes in the lives of thousands of people.
I have witnessed countless practice members heal from pain, sickness, and disease as they continue to experience a healthier and happier life today. I firmly believe that the power that made the body heals the body. Our commitment is to help people do the right things in the process.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Lauren is a 2012 graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. She became a doctor so that she can help people live to their fullest potential.
During the last 7 years in private practice, Dr. Lauren has worked with local sports teams, dance studios, fitness centers, and other healthcare professionals. She loves taking care of pregnant moms and newborns, has a gift for adjusting kids (including her son, Enzo), and has a passion for helping people who are struggling with chronic conditions.
What we love most about Dr. Lauren is her servant heart, her amazing healing hands, and her drive to educate people about the wellness lifestyle.
I see life as a never-ending scavenger hunt of discovering beauty in everything, always looking for signs that I am headed in the right direction of my purpose.
My vision of health is holistic and integrative, regarding every experience and period of growth as an opportunity to inform the next. I have a bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in Psychology. My interests range from holistic wellness, art, music, and reading, to photography, sewing, dancing, and writing – but my biggest passion is making connections that have a lasting, positive impact.
My personal mission in life is to reduce the suffering of others while inspiring them to live a life of wholeness and authenticity.
I am honored and excited to be a part of the Abundant Life Health Center family. I am confident that my passion for helping people will make a difference in our community. I fully appreciate how the right mindset and routine wellness can greatly impact someone’s life and I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge with people I come across.
My personal fitness and health journey began when I became a cheerleader at 11 years of age. Over a ten-year period, I participated in a competitive cheerleading team that won mutiple national titles. Through my journey, I was inspired to lead others and eventually had the opportunity to coach other high-level athletes. I’m proud to have been involved in our team’s accomplishments and the development of the healthy, confident, and independent young women I was able to influence.
