Elevating the health of our community by inspiring and empowering people to live healthier and happier lives

Dr. Vasco

Clinic Director

For over 15 years, my passion has been to help people live healthier, happier lives. I am honored to help thousands of people transform their health through professional healthcare services in private practice, live events, mission trips, and concierge healthcare.

It has been a privilege to provide care for Olympic medalists, the Boston Bruins, the Colorado Rapids, professional and semi-professional footballers, golfers, and mixed martial artists. Small to mid-sized companies have utilized our services to design robust corporate wellness programs for their teams. However, my mission is not limited to assisting only high-profile athletes and organizations. The most rewarding aspect of what I do is help families, newborns, pregnant moms, and people diagnosed with chronic disease reclaim their health.

Helping people optimize their potential inspires me because 20 years ago, I was the one suffering, in pain, and looking for answers. Fortunately, all of that changed because one doctor took the time to educate me and teach me about how my body is designed to heal. As my health transformed, I decided to become a doctor so that I can help others. I absolutely love what I do because every day I witness our patients heal from the inside out.

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a doctor. Growing up my passion was horses and I rode everyday and competed with the United States Pony Club in Eventing. Horseback riding has it’s risks though, and I had several falls. One of the falls I flew 10 feet away from my horse and landed on my neck! Fortunately there was no serious injury, but I continued to suffer with neck pain and headaches through my teenage years. As a result, I started seeing Chiropractors and got to experience the healing results in my own body. I experienced not only a relief from my neck pain, but was able to heal from depression through emotional techniques and detoxification given to me by my Chiropractor. This changed my life and led to my career in Chiropractic!

Through Chiropractic, I have the opportunity to help people heal from the inside out and have real health. It’s been an honor over the course of my 13 years in practice in Singapore and Peru to get to work with a large variety of patients – such as people unable to walk, hunchbacks and scoliosis, chronic pain, pregnant moms, babies, and children. I’ve also had the opportunity to volunteer at an orphanage and medical clinic in India, with disabled orphans in Peru, with firefighters, and Veterans and homeless in San Francisco. All of these experiences have led me to have an appreciation for the human condition and potential we all hold inside of us to heal. I’m excited to be a part of the ALHC team and to serve the community here!

For many years I’ve had an interest in health, nutrition, fitness, and detoxification. I have personally experienced the amazing benefits of regular chiropractic care and seen my health flourish by implementing the wellness protocols that Dr. Vasco teaches.

I am excited to have the opportunity to use my finance experience as the Finance Director at Abundant Life Health Center. My Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and years of experience in the finance industry allow me to support the impact our health center makes in the lives of thousands of people.

I have witnessed countless practice members heal from pain, sickness, and disease as they continue to experience a healthier and happier life today. I firmly believe that the power that made the body heals the body. Our commitment is to help people do the right things in the process.

I’m very excited to be a part of the Abundant Life team. I knew I had a calling at a very early age to help others in need. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, I’m excited to extend my care to our patients by assisting them through their personal health journey.

I am a Florida native that is very active with my husband and two boys in multiple junior sports leagues within our community. Northeast Florida is a special place to me and I’m proud to serve our community.
